I’m on a mission to help busy working mothers reclaim their time, energy, and peace by teaching them how to put themselves first. A mother of three with over two decades of experience in communications, I understand the unique challenges women face in balancing career ambitions, family life, and personal wellness.
For seven years, I was the visionary behind CAMPspace, one of the first-ever content creation studios. My innovative approach to community building and storytelling attracted creatives, influencers, and entrepreneurs nationwide, establishing CAMPspace as a pioneer in the industry.
Before founding CAMPspace, I cultivated an impressive career mastering the art of communication. My experience spans corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial spaces, where I led impactful marketing initiatives for organizations and individuals such as the USO, RAINN, Veterans of Foreign Wars, rapper Wale, celebrity chef Tobias Dorzon, and Zion Church. I have a deep level of expertise in storytelling, media strategy, and brand-building.
Now, as a speaker, content creator, and wellness advocate, I use my platform to inspire working moms to step into a new era of self-prioritization. Through workshops, digital resources, and upcoming book, I provide practical tools and actionable strategies for mothers who want to live fully, authentically, and unapologetically.
When I’m not working on my next project, you can find me lifting weights at the gym, enjoying solo momcations, or spending time with my hubby and our beautiful children. Whether speaking to corporate teams or empowering audiences at conferences, my goal is to deliver a message of transformation that resonates with women ready to rediscover themselves and reclaim their lives.
